Mailing Service

This shipping service is available only for addresses within the 48 United States. We ship medals, ribbons, badges, prizes, and other physical award items only.

Depending on the size and weight of the package, items may be shipped using a bubble mailer, a USPS Priority Mail package, or a USPS Priority Mail envelope. Tracking information will be provided.

• If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid, we will contact you to arrange payment of the remaining balance.
• After placing your order, please contact customer service via Whatsapp to provide the complete shipping address and confirm the specific awards or prizes to be mailed.

Recommendations

• We do not mail certificates. We only ship medals, ribbons, badges, prizes, and other physical award items.
• The Noetic and Perennial competitions are held twice each year. Families may consider combining awards from multiple competitions into one shipment to improve efficiency and reduce shipping costs.
• Families located in Canada or overseas countries may consider asking relatives or friends in the United States to receive the package on their behalf.
• The iLearning (Schola) team travels to Chicago every May to attend the MathCON Finals. If a student qualifies for the MathCON Finals, we may present the awards to the student in Chicago, eliminating the need for shipping. Please notify customer service before traveling to Chicago to ensure the awards are prepared and not overlooked.
• The iLearning team travels to MIT every November to attend the HMMT competition. If a student is located in the Boston area, we may present the awards to the student at MIT, eliminating the need for shipping. Please contact customer service in advance so that the arrangements can be confirmed.
