Teachers Qualifications
We currently employs over 100 active teachers located in the United States and Canada, who meet the following qualifications:
- 1. Current teachers in public or private schools in the United States or Canada, ensuring that their experience remains relevant to the education industry.
- 2. Hold a minimum of a Master's degree in education and possess a teaching license issued by the respective state's education department. We verify educational credentials and teaching licenses.
- 3. Have between 10-20 years of teaching experience.
- 4. Native English speakers.

Refund Policy
- If a class cannot be formed after enrollment, a full refund will be provided. A full refund is also available before the start of the first class.
- After the completion of the first class, withdrawal from the course is possible (with the deduction of the first class fee), and the remaining tuition fee will be refunded as cash points to the account. Alternatively, you can arrange for a course transfer or refund.
- Once the second class has commenced, course withdrawals and transfers are no longer permitted.
- In the case of student absence due to personal reasons, class recordings will be provided, but refunds or point refunds cannot be issued.
Attendance Terms
- For small group classes, if a student is absent due to personal reasons, the missed class will be counted as a completed lesson, and a recorded video of the class may be provided. However, make-up classes for missed sessions are not available.
- For one-on-one or one-on-two classes, if a student notifies the teacher of their absence at least 24 hours in advance, the class will not be counted towards the total number of lessons. Failure to provide timely notice or last-minute cancellations will result in the class being counted as a completed lesson.
- It is important for students to communicate any absences or scheduling changes in a timely manner to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.

Sibling discount and referrals
If two children enroll in the same course, the second child can enjoy a 5% discount, which can be applied immediately. If two children enroll in different courses, the child with the lower course fee can enjoy a 5% discount, which can be applied immediately.
For referring a friend to enroll, each successful referral will earn the referrer $20 in bonus points, which can be used towards the next course enrollment. The referred friend will receive an immediate $10 discount on their first course enrollment.
* The course enrollment fee must be $300 or above.
* The referred friend must not have previously purchased a course from us.
* If the referred friend subsequently cancels their course, the bonus points will be cancelled.

Can I have a trial lesson?
We do not offer trial classes, but we do provide reasonable withdrawal policies. After the completion of the first class, students have the option to withdraw from the course, ensuring the interests of parents and flexibility in enrollment. This policy allows parents to make an informed decision and provides the necessary assurance for their investment in our courses.
Can the fees for enrolling in the course be used for FSA tax deduction?
Our staff members are not tax professionals, so we cannot give any advice regarding taxes. We recommend that you consult with an accountant and your employer who provides the FSA plan for confirmation. We are a legitimate company based in Toronto and can provide the necessary receipts and tax identification information to accommodate your request.
What if I like different dates and time for classes?
You could sign up 1on1, 1on2 classes or invite friends for self organized classes.
